De Carlo olives are typical varieties from Apulia, mainly come from the olive groves on our own farm.

The Leccino is one of the most popular and well-known cultivars in the world, widely cultivated in Southern Italy and characterized by an intense flavor and a typical fruity scent. With dark color and purple shades, these olives have an exceptional nutritional value and are distinguished by their pleasant and distinctive taste.
