Hello Puglia's taralli in all their simplicity and purity, in the traditional version, represent an authentic expression of Puglia, made through an almost completely manual production cycle, which involves the exclusive use of the highest quality products without the addition of leavening agents and preservatives. Our taralli, each different from the other, are made with only Apulian extra virgin olive oil, using artisanal techniques, without yeasts and highly digestible.

INGREDIENTS: Soft wheat flour type '0' 100% (gluten), 30% extra virgin olive oil, white wine (sulphites), salt.
