Hello Puglia's taralli in the cereal variant represent a typical recipe of the Apulian tradition, they are made through an almost completely manual production cycle, which involves the exclusive use of the highest quality products without the addition of leavening agents and preservatives, yes enhances all the natural authenticity and nutritional strength of cereals, a mix of different varieties that give life to unique flavours.

Our taralli, each different from the other, are made with only Apulian extra virgin olive oil, using artisanal techniques, without yeasts and highly digestible.
