The "Biologico" is an organic oil, produced with olives picked on Bitritto's farmlands by trusted farmers dealing with the De Carlo family for generations.

Characterized by a delicate and refined taste, Ogliarola and Coratina cultivar olives contribute to making it an unmistakable product, harvested directly from the plant and crushed within 24 hours in the company’s granite mill. The pronounced taste of this intense golden yellow colored oil makes it perfect for seasoning first and main fish courses.
