De Carlo grilled artichokes in oil are born from the selection of the best artichokes of the "Violetto di Brindisi" variety which represents a typical Apulian artichoke, which takes its name from the purple colored leaves, this preserve is typical of traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
The carefully selected individually artichokes are processed with a very low percentage of vinegar and packaged within 24 hours of harvesting, to guarantee the consumer the highest quality and a unique consistency.
Ideal as a side dish for roasted, grilled and boiled meat dishes, as an aperitif or in the preparation of tasty pizzas and sandwiches.
