De Carlo lampascioni in oil, similar to spring onions, grow spontaneously in the Puglia Murge: they are wild bulbs that bring benefits to the intestine, activating gastric functions. Versatile and refined, lampascioni are one of the oldest and most characteristic vegetables of Southern Italy, characterized by a bitterish flavor and of great quality.
Ideal for aperitifs (better if combined with traditional dishes and taralli), perfect as a side dish for grilled meats and excellent for flavoring omelettes.
