The De Carlo artichoke hearts in oil are born from the selection of the best artichokes of the "Violetto di Brindisi" variety which represents a typical Apulian artichoke, which takes its name from the purple leaves, this preserve is typical of traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
Small and compact, obtained from the most tender and valuable part of the artichoke, they are processed with a very low percentage of vinegar and packaged within 24 hours of harvesting, they are ideal in the preparation of exclusive appetizers, as a side dish to meat or fish, or in tasty aperitifs.
INGREDIENTS: 70% artichokes, 28% extra virgin olive oil, salt, white wine vinegar.
