The Cavatelli produced by Hello Puglia thanks to the careful selection of raw materials and the use in the production of the best durum wheat semolina in addition to the water of our land, represent one of the most loved dishes of the Apulian tradition.

Cavatelli represent one of the oldest types of pasta in the Puglia region, and take their name from the movement adopted by housewives to make them, they have an elongated shape and hollow inside.

Tradition dictates that the best pairing is with turnip greens but in the same way they are also perfect with fish or meat-based sauces.
