The wholemeal version of orecchiette produced by Hello Puglia thanks to the careful selection of raw materials and the use in the production of the best durum wheat semolina in addition to water from our land, represents one of the most loved dishes of the Apulian tradition.
Orecchiette are called this way precisely because their shape resembles that of an ear due to their rounded appearance, hollow inside and wrinkled on the surface, useful for better collecting all the flavors of the condiments.
Tradition dictates that the best pairing is with turnip greens but in the same way they are also perfect with fish or meat-based sauces.
INGREDIENTS: 50% wholemeal durum wheat semolina, 50% durum wheat semolina and water.
