Hello Puglia's Cavatelli Tricolore with their green, white and red colors thanks to the careful selection of raw materials and the use in the production of the best durum wheat semolina in addition to the water of our land, spinach and tomato, they represent one of the special pasta shapes of the Apulian tradition.
Tricolore cavatelli represent one of the oldest types of pasta in the Puglia region, and take their name from the movement adopted by housewives to make them, they have an elongated and hollow shape inside.
INGREDIENTS: Durum wheat semolina, dehydrated tomato 3%, spinach flour 3%, water.
