Born in the heart of the Alta Murgia, our Apricot and Almond Jam is the fruit of the Fattoria della Mandorla organic supply chain, where agricultural tradition and sustainable innovation meet.
We select only organic apricots and almonds, grown respecting the natural rhythms of the land and processed using artisanal methods.
Authentic Ingredients Organic apricot: plump, sweet, and naturally rich in vitamin A. Organic grape sugar: delicate sweetness, free from refined sugars. Organic almond: provides a crunchy and aromatic touch, a symbol of our supply chain. No preservatives, chemical additives, or added pectins. Only the best fruit, carefully processed to preserve its authentic flavor, color, and aroma.
Suggested Uses For breakfast, on rustic bread, toast, or artisanal brioche. In the kitchen, as a filling for homemade cakes, fruit tarts, or whole-wheat biscuits. Pair with fresh or aged cheeses for a sweet-savory contrast. Also ideal on plain yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
